By instilling a contemporary, luxurious but approachable brand and voice, 2000 Penn is now revered as a leader in luxury apartment living. Oh, and after a full brand relaunch and programmatic digital marketing campaign, 100% of the 100+ units we leased in 7 months.

The tagline “Where Home Is THE Place To Be” was implemented to claim 2000 Penn’s stake as the leader in luxury living. Followed up with a new, user friendly and rebranded website, cohesive organic and paid social campaigns, programmatic digital campaigns as well as aggressive direct response campaigns, lease-up was a breeze and a waiting list ensued.
