2000 Penn Ave (Tsionas Management) came to Ryan James Agency in late 2020 with a slick apartment product but a mis-aligned brand.  Sales were low and brand sentiment was even lower. By instilling a contemporary, luxurious but approachable brand and voice, 2000 Penn is now revered as a leader in luxury apartment living. Oh, and after a full brand relaunch and programmatic digital marketing campaign, 100% of the 100+ units were leased in 4 months.

We developed the logo, tagline and brand to reflect an upscale but approachable persona to ensure out tenants and future tenants felt “at home”.

Taking a luxury product and making it accessible and approachable was no easy task.  Ryan James Agency revamped the current brand into a seemless and cohesive “tenant first” strategy.  The tagline “Where Home Is THE Place To Be” was implemented to claim 2000 Penn’s stake as the leader in luxury living. Followed up with a new, user friendly and rebranded website, cohesive organic and paid social campaigns, programmatic digital campaigns as well as aggressive direct response campaigns, lease-up was a breeze and a waiting list ensued.
